Event Booking Flow

The event booking, planning application is designed for event management companies which require streamlined operations and overall efficiency. Witch gives your customers a seamless scheduling/booking experience. Customer can book the event from anywhere, anytime using any device.

  • Event Booking

    • For the Event flow the users can book for the event by following these steps:
  • Navigate to the Event Booking page and you will be presented with a screen below.
  • The system provides the search bar to find events and experts and to drill down more the guest can use the filter to filter by the Current, Past and the Future events and also filter by Type of Event, Location, and Organiser.
  • Select an event to book and click  “Book this event” button.
  • If the event is held at multiple locations then you will be presented with the screen below.
  • Select the zone and date that works best for you.
  • You will be presented with a screen that lets you view the complete event details like agendas, sponsorships, facilitators, speakers and volunteer.
  • Select the ticketing page of adult and child quantity.
  • Click on Continue button and it will navigate to the registration page.
  • In the registration page, you can book in grouping or individual booking for the event.
  • Enter the details of the registrant Details.

Note: Once the booking is completed you will be presented with a confirmation screen with registration id and booking details in it.

For the paid event you need to enter payment details here:

  • Click on the payment button
  • The screen will navigate to the payment detail page
  • If the event is a paid event, you will be presented with a secure card payment screen.
  • In the card payment page enter the following card details as mention above, and click on pay now button and our registration payment of event booking page will be done. Finally, it will navigate towards the registration success page as shown in the screen below.
